Front squats are a killer combination with leg press. I like going
Squat Leg Press Front Squat if I am looking to kill my legs for the day

Oh well i squat about 300 but i dont think its deep enuff. i lifted for 2 years but its not doing much and i need something different to build my legs.

I like the Olympic style the best, but if your wrists don't have good flexibility the crossed grip works pretty well.
However, you might get the best results of all by fixing your squat. Do you have any videos of you squatting to check if you are getting deep enough?
