Help with muscle building mistakes paper
I have to do a presentation for a communications class and I decided to do it on the topic of muscle building. I have to put together a top 20 list of common mistakes. Any suggestions? I have some good ideas but want to make sure I cover all my bases.

#1. Picking an exercise because it's easier or more comfortable than it's barbell counterpart.

Believing that you need to constantly revamp your training every 8-12 weeks or the gains will cease.

Extended workouts and then eating like a girl.
|
not stretching, especially when the muscle is full of blood.
|
Not working hard enough.
|
thinking generic rep ranges work for every muscle the same on every body.
|
Using solely momentum and absolutely no muscular contraction to do an exercise just to get a higher number/weightload.

Reading the magazines in the stores. Think of them as comics.
|
Not balancing your upper body training between chest, shoulders and back.
