Default Doing your research

If your looking at competitive (On stage) bodybuilding and not just lifting for personal gains or lifting as a Power Lifter.

I can't strease enough to do your research if you want to amount to anything. Hit as much research on nutrition and the human body as you can.

Know your body inside and out. There is unlimited info out there on the web and threw computer programs now days. Heres a screen clips from the programs video's from just one I personally use. Never ever think you first reading is gold. Always do your research.
