Protein powders
 

Anyone on here add protein powders to hot beverages? I have never done it, I was not sure if it changed the consistency of the drink in any way.

Nope. I like mine cold like a milkshake.

BTB likes to mix MGN Cinnamon with his coffee....freak.

Lulz. He got me hooked on it too. Let the coffee cool down for a minute or so before adding the protein, but other than that, you're set.

This, I'll mix my protein powder with milk, whole eggs, ice, and sometimes some kind of fruit and maybe some peanut butter. Sometimes I'll also throw in a scoop of creatine mono in there as well.

I have tried it in oatmeal and coffee. You have to be careful not to put it anything too hot or it might curdle. I did have that happen once or twice, early in my adventure.

Sometimes, I will get some left over coffee and mix with protein and put in fridge over night. Makes a great wake up shake.

coffee is pretty normal. i know people that add chocolate whey to their egg whites too. i tried it, its not bad.

I added chocolate protein to scrambled eggs and oats as an experiment... disgusting.

It's for reasons like this that I am not allowed to cook for others in my house.

This made me LOL in real life.
