What is the most important aspect of gaining mass while I am in my teens? I am only 16 years old.

#2 Heavier Squats #3 Lots of good food #4 Conditioning #5 Recovery Oh ya, and you can throw in some deadlifts, bench press, overhead press, barbell rows, and curls. |
