Bis Pre w/o: K-Otic, HBM, 5gs pure Baking cocoa, 40g Karbolyn, GlutaZorb, i-Rush Intra w/o: BCAAa, 10g Karbolyn, before last sets: LBA, Cell Rush Immediate Post w/o: HBM, GlutaZorb, NF Pro whey, spinach, non-fat milk, 5 almonds, 40g Karbolyn shake. W/O: Dedicated to concentrating on the target muscle doing all the work. Db concentration curls (R/L) 30 x 10/10 30 x 10/10 40 x 10/10 40 x 10/10 40 x 10/10 50 x 8/8, lower core cramps 50 x 7/7, cramps again 30 x 10/10 Cell Rush, LBA 30 x 10/10 30 x 15/15, speed sets straight into 30 x 10/10 slow ones i-Rush NOTE: Today I noticed at the end of my w/o, a way lot more vascularity than normal. Upped my Karbolyn today to see what happens post w/o and how I look and feel tomorrow.

Delts Pre w/o: K-Otic, 5g Pure baking cocoa, 25g Karbolyn, HBM, GlutaZorb, i-Rush Intra w/o: BCAAs, 30g Karbolyn, 2nd to last set: LBA and Cell Rush Post w/o: AAEFXs NF Pro whey, non-fat milk, 30g Karbolyn, spinach shake. HBM, GlutaZorb W/O: Delts 15 mins SpeedBall Bb Military Press Bar x warm up 95 x 10 135 x 3 175 x 1 185 x 1, weight PR Tightened my belt up more yet (spine = snap, crackle, pop) lets do this. 195 x Failed 135 x 10 Db Military presses, concentrating on keeping shoulders back and in the sockets. 40s x 20 40s x 20 40s x 20 Cell Rush, LBA 40s x 20 40s x 14, Delts crapped out. i-Rush Note: Nice veins showing in Delts today. Delts got full and hard.
