Maybe the oceans will turn to beer & the oxygen into marijuana smoke. Or maybe the banking sector will get destroyed & money will therefore be useless, meaning that humans can live as creative individuals with the opportunity to express themselves freely. I truly hope so, as long as I can still play music & lift weights! |

Nice rack chins Rich. Never considered you might be able to do them on a bench. I do them occasionally in my squat rack with feet on a bench.

Poor mans Pull ups. lol I like to squeeze it hard at the top to get a good w/o seen as I don't lift the weight of my legs.
