Default Higher reps = more def?

I do not buy into this. But wanted to see what everyone else thought on here. Will higher reps equal more defintion?

Bigger muscles and lower body fat will give you better definition. This is why I have none.

I am sure that higher reps will work on endurance and that is all.

definition only comes with proper nutrition. A person could follow a high rep program and still gain muscle, a person can do a lower rep program and gain muscle but if proper nutrition isn't there, there will be no definition, just mass.
