I give the nod to Dexter. Out of the 3, I think his physique looks the best. After prejudging, I thought Dexter had another victory.

Jay's abs never look as good as the rewst of him. Dexter looked great and Branch was by far the hardest. I think with Jay you either like him or hate him. I don't think it was too unreasonable for him to win. He looked pretty damn good.

I didn't get to see it this year, but judging by the pictures in this thread I'd have to give the nod to Dexter. I'm glad Jay won though. Now maybe he can lead the Bears to the Super Bowl.
