When is it best to take creatine?
I have heard before a workout and after a workout. Which one will give me the most impact?

It's probably more important just to take it consistantly and not worry about optimum timing. Take it when it's convenient.

What Mr. Road said. Timing is unlikely to have much impact on efficacy.

Timing isn't a big issue.
Some people get a better drive and workout with pre and some get a better recovery post. Its find what works for you the best. Personally I do both. |
With Concret, I take it one hour preworkout.
