I believe there is, generally speaking, two kinds of pain:
1. Sharp pain. 2. Aching pain. 1 means stop what causes that pain and find out what's wrong. 2 means the name of the day probably has a y in it and you need to man up and move on. Barely a day goes by where I don't have some 2 pain going on. Luckily 1 is quite rare ![]() LtL |

Pain from injury...let it heal and train around it. |

Yup. Dont run on a sprained ankle, you risk doing more damage. If you're sore and beat up, evaluate how bad it is and make your decision from there.
I train through pain, but stop (usually) if I feel like I may be damaging something. |
