Default Body part to focus on

Okay I have just started doing this and was wondering if there was a specific body part I should be working on first? Or should I just do the whole body training or what does every one suggest?

Work the WHOLE body, but focus your efforts on the legs and the back muscles. The legs and the back have the biggest most powerful muscles and will make the biggest visual impact and produce greater strength.

train the whole body. Beginners should worry more about building off the basics and progressing from there. B

Yep, whole body, as a beginner you can make a LOT of gains that way; after that is the time to decide which different approach to take, if you feel like changing at that point but give yourself some time with the whole body approach.
