Default Gym or home

Which place is best for you to work out? The gym or home? I prefer the gym. I feel like since I was in a car accident I tend to work harder at the gym.

I prefer working out at home. I have all the equipment I need to get in good workouts. I don't have to worry about watching guys doing quarter squats and trying to give me advice. I don't have to wait for some guy to stop curling so I can use the squat rack. The only drawbacks are there are no spamdex bunnies to look at and the owner is a big jerk.

I train at home. And bug, agitate, and piss my own ass off all the time.......

For some reason the iron still looks at me, and says: "Is this all you got?"

I love you for that, Iron.

I like it because, I do not have external elements such as weather, time, and other inhibitors being a factor whether I train or not.

Its just between me and the iron, and it gives crap all the time. Like right now (My pc is in my home gym), its talking crap: You worked out yesterday evening, but, didnt show me sh$t.

Yea, we see wad' up next time, B-tch.

I am a homey here. No one to bother me, no one cares how I dress or that I let lose a protein fart. It is open 24/7, spring, summer, winter and fall. Best of all.... If I don't want to rerack a dumbbell....I don't have to.

Gym now, home once I get the space and cash for all the equipment I need. I have my strongman equipment at home, but no racks yet.

It's a dream of mine to have a proper home and a home gym within it. A power rack, barball, some plates, some dumbbells, a dip/chin station and a bench is all I need.
One day I keep telling myself, one day.

I've got plans to put a gym in my garage once I'm recovered from my injury. For me it's an issue of time. I live in BFE, about 30 minutes away from the nearest gym. So when I have to go to the gym (except on days I stop on my way home from work), it's an extra hour tacked on (plus whatever time I lose in waiting for others).
