When you work out do you find yourself tired more often? I am getting back into lifting after being absent due to a car accident and I find that I am just exhausted at the end of the day. I sure hope this changes soon.

Its hard to say without knowing your routine and meal plans.

Could be cuz you're overdoing the work and not eating/sleeping/resting enough. Or it could just be because your not used to it yet and your body needs some time to adapt.

Workouts usually get me restless. I cannot workout too late in the day or I can't get to sleep at night.

My primary mission is to wake up refreshed. I am always glad when I am tired at night.

I agree with BTB on this one, I love it when I am worn and sleep like a baby. I think when I work out hard enough and limit the preworkouts late at night, training helps me get into a deeper sleep, and forget about everything else that is stressful in life

When I start a new program that's intense I do end up getting tired earlier at first. Make sure you're getting your 8 hours a night, which you should be getting anyway, and you'll be fine when you're body gets used to what you're asking of it.

I have been only working out for a while. But I do tend to sleep better now that I am working out.

When I actually go to the gym to lift, I don't feel tired throughout the day, but when I wake up I'm really out of it and feel like I need to sleep for another 8 hours.
