Get stronger in the main compound lifts (dips are one of the best) for now. If you get stronger then you're arms will definitely grow, and once you've got some solid strength you can start to bring back in direct arm work.

I had the same problem when I first started , then I took the advice given to me on this forum and worked hard at progressing on compound lifts .
For big arms use compunds such as the bench press,dips,close grip bench and the over head press for the triceps and for the biceps chin ups are king (rows are good too). keep in mind the triceps are the key to big arms as they are twice as big as the biceps |
