My first big goal that I can remember was a 365 squat and a 275 bench for reps. There was something magical to me about adding those 25s to the bar after working with 2 and 3pps for so long.

First goal was to bench press my body weight. I did it at 185, then again more recently at 210.

My first goal was to be skinny/ripped. As I neared 200 pounds, I realized I hate being small, and began eating and training harder.

My first health goal was to strengthen my injured back. Accomplished.
My first lifting goal was to squat 300 lbs. Accomplished. My first visual goal was to get up to 200 lbs. Accomplished. My ultimate goal is to squat 400x20 and 500x1. Still working on it... |
