We've had a couple people here give it a run. I wouldn't be afraid to change a few of the exercises or make minor tweaks. It's not too far off from a John Christy style of workout.

* Squats.
* Bench Press.
* Dumbbell Rows.
* Upright Rows.
* Seated Overhead Tricep Extensions

* Deadlift.
* Seated Overhead Press.
* T-Bar (or Barbell) Rows.
* Dumbbell or Incline Bench Press.
* Barbell or Dumbbell Curls.

Thanks Steve. I'm curious to what minor changes and/or tweeks you would recommend?

Well I got the stomach flu and haven't been able to workout since last thursday. I just started getting my appetite back yesterday.So pretty much my scheduling is all screwed up. I was only going to run it into early december, so If I started again, I would lose progression for this week and last and I had reset 3 weeks back. So I really wouldn't progress by early december when I wanted to change.

While I may not be an expert, for me personally I would switch out dips for the db overhead extensions. The overhead extensions are harsh on my elbows.

I like your thinking here. I don't necessarily want to do dips because of shoulder issues I have with them, but something like CGBP may be a better choice than overhead extension.

If I were running it I would do:

* Squats.
* Bench Press.
* Dumbbell Rows.
* Arnold Press
* Dips or Close Grips

* Deadlift.
* Military or Push Press.
* Barbell Rows or Pull Ups.
* Dumbbell or Incline Bench Press.
* Barbell or Dumbbell Curls, or Chin Ups (Palms Toward Face.

3 sets each, deadlift lower rep sets.

15 working sets ins plenty for me, especially with 2 heavy ass lifts leading off each session.

Awesome! That gives me something to chew on.

Besides the exercise changes, the change of 3 sets each for all exercises vs. 2 sets each for many exercises, really gets me thinking. I like that idea.
