Did Arnold Schwarzenegger have 20 inch arms?

I am probably beating a dead horse but did Arnold Schwarzenegger have 20 inch arms? Speaking of arm size is it even possible to get 20 inch arms without drugs?

Like Abs said, you have to take bodyfat into consideration when talking about arm measurements. If a person is lean lean (<10%), then an arm measurement of 16" looks pretty dang big.

Of course Arnold was lean, had top level genetics, and was not natural. So 20" arms is not out of the question.

^He's just saying 23 to one-up me. He knows I curl more in the squat rack than his Austrian ass.

Pretty sure he was measured accurately at mid 18 inches. Oliva being just over 19.

That is a Huge Arm at low bodyfat.

Natural - At a low bodyfat, 16" inches is impressive and 17 is rare.

When debated on a forum, 9 times out of 10 a fair amount of posters will disagree with this, but it's pretty much the gospel. It takes a good amount of bodyfat to get to 19-20 inches as a natural.

Of course, you also have big-boned lifters and guys like Abaddon and Big Tall Ox who are 8 feet tall and can hit 20 much more easily.

Arthur Jones measured a bunch of bodybuilders in the 1970s. His measurements are absolutely different from Weider's ;)

Arnold was great, but there were other guys who were bigger.
