Chicken leg, the result of upper body only training
I found some photos of people that appear to only train upper body. Just goes to show the impact of ignoring a bodypart or groups of bodyparts.

My wife has more leg mass than that dude.
There's a guy at my gym who has this issue. Weird thing is I've actually seen him doing squats, but on a smith machine and with not nearly enough weight. The disparity between upper and lower is huge. |
Dude still looks like a sissy.

I shouldn't be laughing though. I train my calves and they don't want to grow. And I look goofy because my quads grow better than any muscle on me. I just want some sweet calves... :(

I don't know what my problem is. I played every sport you can think of when I was a kid, except golf and tennis. If we're blaming condition, then I'm in. :D

What's with the really low underpants?!
"My undies are only staying up 'cos I'm flexing my right quadricep":confused: |
Try the John Christy method of low reps and heavy weight. John has had trainees make some good progress using this method.
