Thanks Steve I'll try that. I've focused on pretty heavy weights but with higher repetitions. I've tried sets of 8 all the way to sets of 12. I noticed a little difference, but nothing significant. My calves are cut as hell, but no growth.

I'll try going heavy and see how I respond. It seems to work great for everything else on me.

I'm not certain it will be magic but if the calves aren't responding to volume, then this is worth consideration.

Also, make sure you aren't bouncing. I know that's made a difference for me. Some people move tons of weight for calves but just bounce their way through it.

Meh.They all suck.No legs,no REAL strong torso,no development in the near future.Body allow so much of difference before staling once and for all.

I tend to do mine holding a barbell with feet planted on the floor and not a board. Helps me to keep them more controlled.
