When I came home for Christmas, my mom would literally ave 12-24 dozen cookies and peanut butter balls made for just me. She would hand them to me in old ice cream pails.

How does "age" factor in the equation? Is this assuming one in their prime?

I have interviewed several 55+ gentlemen who have made impressive physique transformations, but I have never seen a natural 50-60 something start from scratch and achieve much more than possibly 75-80% of these numbers. Certainly wouldn't rule it out. If one could maintain decent testosterone levels and train hard enough... At the natural shows I have been to the Masters class usually carry a nice healthy muscle density, but the over 50 lifters are never as big or sharp. (They still look GREAT by the way)

I'll be quite pleased if I can get my BF to ~15%. Tape measurements came out about 20% last time I checked, as long as I can stay fairly disciplined thru the holidays I should be on track for that by next summer for sure.
