Default Soccer Training

What do you guys reccomend for leaning out and conditioning for for soccer. I'm 5'10 and 200-205 lbs depending on breakfast, 25-30% Bf ive gotten fat and want to lean out

Damn you have a 5lbs breakfast? Lucky guy =)

I would run hills, do boxjumps and sprints for cardio. Push a prowler or drag a sled if you got access to it, or do some jumprope. Also tireflips and sledge-on-tire are quite fun and all the above is much more fun that standing on a threadmill if you ask me.

If it were me hombre I would start with 10 minute periods alternating between short sprints and extended runs. If your conditioning is really bad (like me), start with short runs and then rest to catch your breath. Slowly add time each workout (30 seconds or so) to your duration, and try to shorten your rest over time.

I would also keep lifting. It always seemed to help me with short spurts of running.
