I'm assuming you mean higher reps than a man who has the same goals.

All of the above But to add to that, there was a lifter/trainer a few years back state that women's muscle fibres react slightly differently to those of a man and so we should be doing 1 rep more and 1 set more than what the male counterpart is doing.
However, I never do, I just do what I do, it seems to work.

Is it ok to use 10-12 reps for sets if I try to push myself for more when I can??
