Fact...

Some guys will soar right up to a 300-400 lb squat in about a year. While others may take a few years to make the same progress. Thus the TRUE meaning of the term Hardgainer. You can only progress as long as you are recovering, and some recover much faster than others.

For me; it took a couple of years to get to a 300 lb squat, it took a few more to get to a 400 lb squat, and it will probably take a few more to get to a 500 lb squat. That does not make me a wuss, it makes me persistant!
