A 500lbs is very much possible as long as you dedicate yourself to it both inside and out of the gym and stay healthy. It will never happen if your not fully committed. An 800 is realistically out of the question for most non-genetic freaks/those not build to squat/raw lifters. Always possible, but... For the time being, keep the focus on adding 5-10lbs and the milestones (315, 405,etc). Measure success by progress. |
