I also just got over my first shoulder injury. I thought my shoulders were bullet proof after all these years. Took a long time to heal.

Okay so I cannot perform any exercise that employs my right Neck/shoulder.
But Victory is mine this is how i went last night ![]() BB arm curls 20 kg x 15 20 kg x 15 20 kg x 15 20 kg x 12 Squat's 60 KG x 10 60 KG x 10 60 KG x 10 60 KG x 10 60 KG x 10 i didn't try to go heavier, i wanted to check my neck would hold up alright but this morning i am feeling good so very happy! Tri pushdown 20 reps x 5 sets. Cardio Heaps of abs at least I got to do something ![]() i hope everyone has a good weekend. PEACE!!!

Good evening gentlemen!
okay so basically 3 weeks off for my shoulder and then had the past week off with a horrific case of the flu ![]() So today was my fisrt real session in over a month and while I am very out of shape it was great to be training properly again. I just worked a very basic full body with moderate weight to get back in the swing of it The funny (maybe sad) thing was that i knew i would be knowhere near my last weights but my endurance has deserted me!!! I gassed out on my second exercise. I am going to watch Ronnie's road to redemption to inspire me tonight LOLhere's how it went Squat 10 x 60 kg 10 x 60 kg 9 x 60 kg Flat BB Bench 10 x 60 kg 10 x 60 kg 10 x 60 kg (just) DB military Press 10 x 17.5 kg DB 10 x 17.5 kg DB 8 x 17.5 kg DB wide grip chins 3 x 5 abs it was soooo good to be back and the shoulder feels good so hopefully I awake 100% tomorrow

last night i was back in the gym, I am happy to say with a bit more strength and enduarance. Squat 10 x 60kg 10 x 60 10 x 60 DB Military Press 15 x 17.5 kg 15 x 17.5 10 x 17.5 Incline Bench DB 15 x 20kg 12 x 20 11 x 20 abs BB standing curls 15 x 20kg 12 x 20 12 x 20 side laterals 10 x 6kg kettlebells 10 x 6kg kettlebells 10 x 6kg kettlebells very happy that i did not gassout to early!! train hard gents and have a great wend!
