high rep lighter workout today and i am feeling pritty good after. 3 sets by 15 reps for the following DB military press 17.5 kg DB rows 15kg leg extension leg curls flat DB bench 20kg side laterals 6kg kettle bells standing barbell curls 20kg (i did not make 15 reps on the last set, angry!!!) lower abs At first i was daunted by losing my training partner but now i am relishing it. I go in, no distractions, no small talk, just the next set. GOOD TIMES

ahhhhhhhhhhh just finished the moderate rep day!
3 sets by 10 reps for each of the following Bench DB 27.5kg upright row barbell 35kg Pause squats 60kg (i ended up doing 10, 8, 8 reps) i refused to go down weight today close grip chins weighted dips curlz lower abs have a good wend ya'll

evening!!
just had a couple of days off due to recovery from the wend lol. lighter workout today, i was a bit fresher than usual as it is the first time i have trained this week. 3 sets by 15 reps for the following militray DB press 17.5kg one arm DB rows 15kg incline Db bench 17.5kg leg extension legcurls side laterals 6kg kettle bells barbell curls 20kg (15, 10, 5 reps i was absolutely exhausted by the end. try as i might i could lift no more) hope y'all training hard!!!
