I suggest you to stick with it for the next few weeks, as you only been working with it for a few weeks. Its only normal to view other plans as you train, but if the current plan is bringing results---you personally want---there is no reason to make a move.

If the grass is currently green and growing, it is not always good to look over the fence at the neighbor to see if his grass is greener and growing better. If you are pleased, do not apply miracle-grow and muddy the water.

IMHO, resistance training should be a life-long journey, with mini destinations (goal spots), as you walk the adventure of living life. Always have a plan of action when a goal is complete; as what got you there has to be maintained with a plan post goal earned. Or you lose it over time, and its this simple.

Unless you are training for a specific event, what is the hurry young man? Life has all the time in the world.

Trust me, the time invested in this life for things that are good are hard earned, but when you look in the mirror, or progress on a lift, or work toward your goal, all the troubles experienced during the process DO NOT hold a candle to the euphoria you feel when you earn your goal.

Stick with the plan until the plan proves personally unworthy.

Peace

Do you have a specific deadline against which you are working?

I only ask because the iron game isn't a one of a race. Its more a marathon.
