This has been designed for me and the way my body reacts with what foods. I weigh all my food and liquids, never go over or under the set macro's. I weigh myself first thing in the morning after I empty my baller and such. This is the best and more true body weight. 7-16-2011: Starting out, Bodyweight = 151 Macro's: Protein: 178g's Carbs: 107g's Fats: 32g's I will be doing 1 re-feed a week and I have picked Tue as my re-feed day. This will be a 100g raise in carbs with leaving Pro and Fats at the same level. I will post start pic's later today in this post as a Edit.

Getting cut to 1 workout a day is going to throw a monkey wrench in my calculations because my food logs vrs weight are not accurate for my weight fluctuations now.

Yes it went up. I desided to do Sundays as the re-feed days. This re-feed was still the old carb levels for re-feeds. I also re-vamped my macros to 180 pro 70 carbs 30 fat
