Full Body 5/3/1
Has anybody done a full-body, twice a week, 5/3/1 routine. Wendler doesn't recommend it, but I'm convinced it would be a very good setup. I haven't tried it because I'm happy with the 3 day, uppr/lower, but I'm sure it could be a real winner.

I'm certainly intrested enough to try it some day, after I run my current routine through the ringer. I'd do twice a week lifting with twice a week heavy conditioning.
