On paper it looks solid. A couple questions:
--What form of progression are you using for squats - are they straight sets or will you be using something more like Bill Starr/Madcow? --Are Chin Ups palm toward you, or are they pull ups with palms away?

5 sets of squats and 5 sets of deads in the same routine is going to be rough. Im not saying its not doable, but its going to be rough.

You know i was a fan of power cleans till i started getting help from my friend he dan and he said , if your
gonna clean it why not just press it? And to be honest, p.cleans just never did anything for me but they may work for you |
