I find that a pre-exhaust combination of drop set leg extensions supersetted with high rep leg presses in the 20 to 50 range is all I require. One set and my quad workout is completed.

But you're not really sharing anything, as yet...you've had enough posts in this thread, and previous others, to actually post something of relevance, but all you do is post a one-liner, one sentence and make it as vague and as cryptic as possible.
