Since I lige 135kgs for a top set of 5,that mean i should do:65-100-135... I dont know wheither the CNS will be ready for a sudeen jump that big. I usually do 5 to 6 ramps of 3-5 reps. Ex:60-75-90-110-135Kgs. Or 70-85-100-120-135(thats the loast one i did) Thoughts? |

Ramping via 5 rep sets is much more demanding than ramping via 1-2 reps as you build to a max. Reps change the equation, as does a fullbody workout.
