Yeah, this is obvious to most of you; a female body builder on steroids.

These images are taken from a site that apparently makes only display garments for female body builders. That's their sole stock in trade.

But while the first one is somewhat typical, the next one has got to be an example of...?

Not HGH. Just holding a lot of fat.

Head to a local bodybuilding show. 1-2 competitors in many classes are higher bodyfat. In fact, razor abs are more rare then you are lead to believe.

That's why shredding wins local shows nearly 100% of the time.

All these razor abs fanatics need to head to a local bbing show. If will build some perspective because they will realize how hard it is to get RAZORS even for a dedicated competitor.

Well that just shows you how much I know on the subject.

Some of the physiques that get on stage at local shows...well they are still learning. And for many of them, it's not about winning. It's more about fulfilling a dream.

You also tend to see some folks who have accomplished some dramatic physique transformations enter contests. One of the shows I attended last year had a prize for the top transformation.

I have also seen a couple bikini competitors who went from large to buff in a year. The announcers would tell you about what they had accomplished.

Everyone that lifts should attend at least one major, local (and natural) bodybuilding show. It teachers you a lot! And it builds a solid perspective.

belive it or not..im not necessary sold that first girl is on anything. chances are prob, but there are some natural women that can get some size and get lean...female mesomorphs do exsists ya know.

pictures like these are hard to go by...being ripped like that first woman is, makes you look bigger than you are..for all we know she weighs like 100lbs...
