Monday - Chest and Triceps Chest: Dumbbell Bench Press Incline Bench Press Cable Crossovers Triceps: Close Grip Bench Press Lying Tricep Extension Rope Pulldowns Tuesday - Abs & Cardio 20mins core strength exercises, followed by 1 hour of low intensity cardio or 45mins of HIIT Wednesday - Back and Biceps Back: Wide Grip Pull Up Close Grip Pull Down Cable Row Biceps: Barbell Curl Incline Bench Dumbbell Curl Dumbbell Preacher Curl Thursday - Abs & Cardio 20mins core strength exercises, followed by 1 hour of low intensity cardio or 45mins of HIIT Friday - Legs and Shoulders Legs: Squat Stiff Legged Deadlift Leg Curl Leg Extension Standing Calf Raise Shoulders: Military Press Dumbbell Lateral Raise Bent Over Rev Fly Saturday - Abs & Cardio SUNDAY - REST DAY - NO TRAINING |
Looks solid to me Ripped. I like doing legs around the weekend.
The only thing I would add is a heavy DB/BB back exercise instead of one of the existing. But not sure how you back handles these. Yates rows really hits the back good for me. |
Yeah back is still healing from last week, but you think it looks good?

I think the program looks great but I agree with MAB here and I think you should add in some sort of barbell or dumbell row. These really help my back grow. Otherwise looks like a solid program.
What are your sets and reps going to be? |

Right on thanks guys. Monday and I will be set on this for 6 weeks no if ands or buts!!! Got to stick to a routine for a bit and hit it hard for the rest of this cycle.
