When I first started, I had some leg workouts like that. I thought maybe I was eating too much food before, but I just had to get used to it. I think it is your body getting used to the hard work that you are putting in. Especially if you are just starting. I don't see it as a bad thing, it means your are busting your butt in the gym, and that's exactly what you're supposed to be doing.

It happends from time to time, nothing to worry about. It still happends to me after years of training depending on how nasty the workout is.

I find that I need a good solid meal somewhere between 90 minutes to 3 hours before a workout. If I go much sooner than 90 minutes, I'll get sick and probably puke during the workout. If I go much later than 3 hours after eating, my energy level won't be for crap.
However, I have had a couple of leg workouts that were so insane I wanted to puke anyways. The 100 squat challenge workout was one of them -- I didn't actually puke but I was right on the edge. |

i have almost puked lods of time and have actually puked and a number of occasions too. I cant eat anything for at least 2 hours before a workout and prefer to train fasted. If I do train in the afternoon i have to make sure that i didnt eat for like a said at least 2 hours before training.
Squats and bent over rows normally hit me th hardest, although Cleans have been responsible for me wanting to yak recently too.. Carl.

Preworkout supplements can irritate your stomach, especially if you're not used to them. But besides for gastronimical/chemical issues, people become more likely to vomit under stressful situations.
