Default My Temporary Fullbody

I'm hitting the road for about 5-6 weeks on and off, so I am moving to the following temporary AB Workout. I may not be able to get in workouts every 2 days, so this may slip to a every third or fourth day from time to time.

I will also be blasting some bodypart workouts with lifters on and off as well.

Please let me know your thoughts, as long as they don't encourage more direct bicep work...

Workout A

Squats
• 145 x 5
• 235 x 5
• 285 x 5
• 325 x 5
• 365 x MAX REPS

Bench Press
• 135 x 5
• 185 x 5
• 225 x 5
• 245 x 5
• 265 x MAX REPS

Barbell Rows

Seated Overhead Dumbbell Press

looks solid as I would expect... maybee a bit more biceps though

I like the way you have rotated the focus on the different days to have presses before dips one day then bench first the next day....

I like to be as warmed up as possible on dips since I have no way of performing lighter warmups, so it looked like a good fit this way.
