I can think of 2 main questions, that would be asked. I'm tempted to say that number 2 may be the most often asked.
1. Can I change movement, "X" to movement, "Y"? 2. How long until this works? |

Where can I add more ab work and when should I do cardio? This is the most frequent question I receive. And if I don't specify specific ab exercises, or if I leave ab work (or trap, forearms...) out of a workout, heads start to implode and the ability to process said workout is reduced to null... I wish I were joking, but the general population still wants to get ripped with abs and cardio, and doesn't see my workout as I see them. They only see abs and cardio, and a bunch of other crap. |
