I just started squatting and deadlifting 10 months ago. Now I don't see how I ever trained without them.

I'm in the process of getting a Home Gym setup, there's just no camaraderie in gyms anymore, just a bunch of a-holes, snobs, and douchebags. I miss the old crew at my old gym, but I guess it was an end of an era.

i have to honestly say that was me for a long time. i didn't do squats cause they weren't comfortable for me or i used my back issues as a crutch to puss out of them. man am i glad i grew out of that!!! it took me till i was 30 but you can never lose hope for the youth. but for me i lift at a powerlifters gym. i lift with a group of 3 guys that only have one idea in mind and that is moving heavy weight. sometimes there is as many as 6 or 7 of us on a monday doin bench with everyone pushin each other to go bigger and push harder. then we go eat tacos till we puke!! thats what i call trainin!

^ This type of training gets me moving and motivated. There's nothing like having the energy around you of others who are pushing themselves to insane levels.
