It's hard to tell someone when they can expect results if:

A) You have no idea what their goals are.
B) You have no idea how they train.
C) How have no idea if they are eating correctly.

Other than that, it's all good...

Just tell them to get in there and put in the work. Everybody wants a shortcut or a magic pill, eat right and work hard and you will see results. Some see results faster than others but hard work trumps all.
