For beginners, it dosent really matter what you do, as long as it includes squat bench dead and ohp, barbells and that you BUST your ass at every single workout. Just lift untill you cry, drink your milk and eat everything in sight, add weight and or reps and you will grow.

Imo the biggest beginner error is overanalyzing things and paying more attention to what mr.fitness on the interwebz reccomend in his super dynamic polymetric program, than listening to their own body. Just lift, eat, sleep and repeat. Keep it simple, add weight as often ass possible. 3x8 or 6x3 or 12x1 or 3x3 or 5x5 or... or... or... it dosent matter you will grow big and strong if youre busting ass and working at daily max potential in every workout. Its not easy and there is no shortcuts, just hard work over time. No excuses. To cold? To hot? To much schoolwork? Only 4 hours of sleep? Feeling a bit clogged up? Still DOMS since last workout? So what. MTFU and get that barbell of the ground!
