The "right" beginner approach
I focus on feeling the lift, a consistent rep tempo, training to failure on every set, limited volume, and maximizing every set. The mind must be locked in a dance with the muscle; with the weight. The battle, the gains, the triumph comes from that plane, and nowhere else.
