Here's a question: who can give me an estimate of my bodyfat? I just got calipers and i did the measurements right and it says my bf % is 6.2.....seems pretty low to me

Always add 4% to what you get i learned this last night, rich told me this maybe he will come in later n give you advice also, so your between 10-14%

Callipers you want to add at the least 4% to the reading. depending on 5 or 7 piont test.
5 piont I'd say closer to adding 6%. This comes from years of using one and knowing people that have had several test types done (pinch 5&7, pod, tank and ultrasound) the same day for personel knowlage comparisons. The last I just got the info last week from my freind.

Heres a good 7 point. This one add 4% to it. When you hit calculate the new window change its % veiw so you can see the result.

I use the 3 point test calculator at the bottom of this link and it works fairly well.
