IMPLANTS But then you till have to work them for them to keep there size. So kind of sounds like you just need to buck up and put in the time and effort.

I think you guys misunderstand. I am not trying to make it easy I am trying to make it more simple. 6 days of training per week and counting every gram of carbs just seems like overkill and it is working.

It is overkill. You can definitely get results from 3-4 days a week lifting as heavy as you can for an hour and basically eating as much meat as you can stand every day. Now, are you gonna look like this:

from that, no but you will begin building the foundation. Once you can't look any bigger and leaner from that, then you'll need to examine different training methods and more importanly going through your diet with a fine tooth comb.

OP: did you read the comments made previously? And have you done some research since this thread was made?
6 days a week is way too much and counting every gram is not necessary.

You could kick your butt in 2 days per week:

http://muscleandbrawn.com/forums/ful...on-thread.html

More is not better. Better is better. John Christy's workout might seem "easy", until you try it.

As far as food, you don't have to count everything. Get your protein (especially beef), plenty of good carbs, eat some fruits and veggies, drink your milk, eat some cheese, snack on some almonds each day, and allow your a cheat day once a week. Watch the scale. You should be growing unless you're eating like a stick figure.
