Top 5 exercises
I have been reading and lurking but not posting. I am curious what everyone's top 5 exercises are?
If you could only use 5 exercises for building muscle and strength what would they be and why? |
Squats
deadlifts bench pullups military press |
BB flat bench press
Military press Front squats DB rows to chest wide grip Lateral pulldowns |

Deadlift OH Press Rows Dips Why? Because those exercises let you handle a lot of weight, involves alot of muscles and works the whole body. |

I posted this before looking at the lifts of others so I wouldn't taint the soup.
If I had to choose only 5, they would be:
I think most of my choices are obvious. I do believe heavy dumbbell rows to be a bit underrated, and I really like them as a mass builder. |
