I'm still trying to get below 300 lbs... 13 lbs to go, but I don't want to sacrifice energy levels or protein consumption, so I guess I'll just not worry about it.
It's called 'recomping' and I stand by it. |

lol Yes 99% of people are ignorant in the B/F % Thing.
People estimate or even when tested are WAY low for the % they are truly at. (99% don't get the ultra sound or even pod test) 95% amateur BBer don't even make it to 4% B/F. 5-7 maybe. Even a small number of pro naturals don't get that low. 4% can not be maintained for a length of time unless your Anorexic. Staying at 4% or less range with out the perfect nutrition plan is a major health risk and even death risk. A month or two on a perfect nutrition plan is safe but not easy. The average person wanting to get to 4% for the summer is I hate to say it, BUT it is all the amateur bbers that compete at 8% and claim to be 4% because there pinch test came up that way. These beach body people in reality are shooting for 8-10% B/F. Sorry, just B/F claims both in people off stage and on is like a thorn in my side and wish people would grow up and admit were they are at instead of bragging with a lower % just to make themselves feel good or sound good.

Glad you said this Rich because it's an issue I see quite often.
This myth that bodybuilders or models walk around at 5-6% bodyfat year round is bunk and needs to die. 10-12% would be a much better goal.

1. Striations in Glutes. (not just bumps showing tie ins) 2. Striations in Low Lats 3. Striations in Pecs 4. Striations in Thighs IF you do not have ALL of these don't brag anything below 6% B/F. ITS A FACT. No one is special.
