I work out with my Woman twice a week in a gym but she does her own thing and I do mine. I don't want to be bothered by a woman while I am crushing weight, She knows this and respects this..

Nobody want to be deadlifting a few hundred pounds and hear " Hunny, Um Hi"

Dude my girl went with me today and I loved it! She stuck with some low intensity cardio, treadmill and elliptical (have to learn to crawl before you learn to walk...etc.), but it was a step in the right direction none the less! Don't throw too much at her too fast, or it will scare her off.... pace her routines, teach her something new once a week or as often as she can comfortably take in new information that may be foreign to her...
