You have to rest minimun 72 hours before working the same muscle again
Keep your workout time to 45-50 minutes a day, and 4 days a week maximum low reps dont build muscles

This is one I see quite often. When outlining workouts for a bodypart, a trainer will generally recommend something like:
--Beginner - 2 exercises --Intermediate - 3 exercises --Advanced - 4-5 exercises

Standard deadlifting should be avoided at all costs.
You have to get a pump for a muscle to grow.
