A lot of controversy behind Corney, Abaddon. Some quotes: "Though there is no direct evidence that Corney used steroids, their relationship and the prevailing attitude at the time."
AND "Odds are, unless you were born with highly exceptional genetic gifts, you'd never achieve a physique like Corney's by natural methods." He doesn't look far off from natural, but I personally do not think he was. But to those looking for practice and tips, take the time to youtube different routines from the pros and "good" posers. Watch these videos over and over and actually practice them yourself, anybody can get on stage and pose like a robot, it takes practice to flow like Ed. Practice away!
