Based on this definition I would have to say no.


Take some heavy duty offshore fishing tackle, and bait with a large ball of Wisconsin Chedder. Cast said bait into the State boundry's, and hang the hell on! Before you know it your going to be in for a fight!

They are not good eating but they are sure fun to catch and release.

yea your elbows is a goood way to tear your rotator cuff my friend had it happen to him, i used to bench the same way and it can fixed by bringing the bar towards the lower part of ur chest

Im pretty late to this thread, but a great warm up that i use on shoulder and chest days is the YTWL's. It takes about two minutes and it has really helped me. I blew my right RC pretty bad a couple of years back, but since i have been doing this worm up i have had little to no issues with the shouldeers at all.
